These terms govern your use of signedledger.com. The website is operated by PEMAK Consulting Ltd, trading as SignedLedger, Warren House, London, W14 8TT, United Kingdom. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
SignedLedger provides bookkeeping, data collection and reconciliation services, delivered through our agent platform VERA and reviewed and signed off by a qualified bookkeeper. We are certified and licensed by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (licence no. 25211).
Any services we provide are governed by a separate engagement letter and terms agreed with each client. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship until that engagement letter is signed.
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as such. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
Prices shown on the website are a guide. Amounts shown in currencies other than pounds sterling are approximate. Your actual fee depends on your business and is confirmed in writing after we assess your needs, for example by reviewing recent bank statements. Our free bookkeeping review carries no obligation.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with how it works, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to copy its content.
